Prototype Support:
We complement the 3-D virtual model with physical prototype support. Over the years we have developed an excellent network of vendors locally as well as overseas by which we are able to deliver prototypes be it aesthetic models, functional products or for marketing purposes, which meet client’s requirements in terms of functionality, quality as well as cost and time targets. We also undertake low volume production and pilot runs.
We Engineer:
We tackle with not only our designed products but also concept designs provided by our clients. Using our rich and diverse engineering experience we are able to provide effective product designing solutions that adheres to the form, meets the functionality, accuracy and cost targets.
Tool Design & Development Support:
We undertake Tool development on behalf of the clients. We provide quote analysis and recommendation, technical support, sample reviews and report generation.
Batch Production:
Our design team works closely with the factory production personnel to educate, train and build the product to the highest standards possible. This way we ensure our clients have fewer headaches about production issues and teething problems. We work closely with the designated vendors and help them to realize the part as per the specification laid out in the CFM charts of each part. Our engineers check all parts and approve for production. We also train the quality staff in identifying defects and on assembly procedure so as to ensure only the right parts are used and assembled in the right way. We have vast experience in mass production techniques and issues.
Injection Molding & Sheet Metal:
We support high volume manufacturing application in addition to small prototype runs. Our Engineering staff has extensive experience in manufacturing and processing of injection moulds and progressive tools for a variety of requirements.
